TMFB Media, Inc. is a Delaware corporation, which has been formed to be the holding company for SmarterFans.com. TMFB Media was founded by Ted Bartlett, an alumnus of MileHighReport.com. MHR is part of the the SBNation.com network which provides the best Denver Broncos coverage in the world. Ted served as the around-the-league writer for MHR, and he believes that a nationwide, non team-centric audience is a more appropriate platform, given his 32-team approach to NFL analysis. (The name TMFB is a hat tip to Ted's beginning as a writer for a Broncos site, as it stands for The Man From Broncoland.)
Meeting And Influencing Consumer Demand
There is a robust consumer demand for more and better football information. This change in demand has not been identified by the mainstream media, and is therefore not being served. Some blogs, and new sites such as NationalFootballPost.com and MoveTheSticks.com are poised to leave behind the traditional reporter-led online media.
TMFB Media is meeting that demand, through a variety of media, and will continue to innovate in providing our community members with the most outstanding content available anywhere. We will give consumers what they want, and even show them that they can have more than has ever been previously available. We'll do it without charging subscription fees, and change the industry. ESPN will continue to assume that they're in a position to tell consumers what to want, and we'll beat them, and cut into their online advertising footprint and revenues.
